We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Shopify Pay & After Pay (coming soon).

Do you use encryption for payment?
Yes, credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Our website is hosted by Shopify which is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 128 bit SSL certificates to keep your details safe.
Is GST included in the prices of Akumi products, and will purchase invoices made be GST claimable?
All product prices are currently exclusive of GST. GST will not be present on customer invoices given we do not qualify for GST, therefore are not registered for GST. Should this change in future, our customers will be notified.

What are your domestic shipping rates?
Domestic shipping is a flat standard rate of $15. Express Post is a flat $20.
Can I cancel an order?
If you’ve made a mistake and don’t want your dog to be the baddest looking legend at the dog park, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org asap and we’ll see what we can do to keep your dog looking boring.
Do I need to be home for my parcel to be delivered?
Deliveries take place during business hours and if the address is unattended then we’ll leave a card and your parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection.
What do I need to know about international shipping?
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD). Delivery time depending upon location is usually within 7-10 business days. Prices do not include custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that you may incur. In order to comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of the purchase and mark it is merchandise, even if the purchase will be sent as a gift, as we are prohibited by law to mark it otherwise.
I haven’t received my order?
We sent you an email after we dispatched your order and you should find a link to track your order from there. If you still need some help drop us a line at email@example.com with your order number.
My item is faulty.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with information about the fault and we’ll work as quickly as possible to right our wrong and send you a new one.
How long do refunds take?
Once we’ve received your item, it will be assessed within 48 hours and then your refund will be processed, banks sometime take a little while to process refunds, but the refund should be complete within 3 business days after processing.
What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days. It must also be in the original packaging.
